What fool would say to someone that "you are following a man" if that man is leading him OUT of a jungle (unfamiliar territory)?
Until you can do it on your own, until God shows you that you are ready and there are no more pitfalls you might fall into or dangers ahead. My advice is to follow the man God put in front of you. Make him your guide. Don't quit until you make it out alive.
